How to get your vessel registered
Step 1: Order your Vessel Registration (year decal) from StickerQuicker.com and select registration address change if necessary.
Step 2: Order your Mussel Sticker through DMV.CA.GOV which will be delivered to your registration address by mail.
NOTE: As of 2021, the purchase of a Quagga (Mussel Fee) sticker is a separate transaction from your vessel registration.
